Every Tuesday night at Rusty's Surf Ranch, located on the Santa Monica Pier, they feature Women Who Cook, night. And this evening featured folk rocker Cindy Alter and pop rocker Torie Tyson.

Cindy got the club simmering with her show, then things started really cookin' when Torie Tyson hit the stage. She played "Everybody's Asleep," "You Push Me Down," and Let's Go Saturday Night," which are songs from her new CD. For the song, "You Are My Baby," she got her whip out and got all the men in the audience responding to her favorably. Other songs included "Watch Where You Touch," Prince's "When You Were Mine," "Physical Attraction," and the showstopper, "I Really Want You." The crowd really got into her and was dancing all night. She definitely gained some new fans this evening. Torie's next show will be at Martini Lounge on Saturday, May 6. Check her out.
